This is the infographic for the memories in Shibata at Niigata, Japan.   The video version as following:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOZHtoXZE08 We like the village view from the local train.  The Shibata area is literally quiet and not much people that crowds around. The restaurant as sketch in the infographic. The staff are not able to speak fluent english, but they are extremely helpful and friendly. We like the bookrack in the restaurant too! The menu is in Japanese, we only understand the yen value. We ordered this bowl of ramen, simple yet delicious. Like the spoon design. It help to hook at the side of bowl to prevent it "slide" into the soup.  Side dish~~ We are amazed by this set of giant dumpling. It is so juicy and yummy!
